Ensuring your monthly installments are paid between the 1st and 10th of every month is your highest priority. This secures the wise investment you have made for your future and the future of your generations. Please ensure timely payments, as our new digital management system offers absolutely no option for delayed processing.

💳 Authorized Payment Methods

To maintain security, we accept payments exclusively through the following two methods. No third-party or alternative methods are recognized:

  1. In-Person Deposit: Pay directly at the official office and collect a stamped physical receipt.

  2. Official Bank Transfer: Deposit into the designated company bank account and secure your digital confirmation receipt.

🚨 Default & Cancellation Policy (Strict 30-Day Window)

  • Automatic Cancellation: Delayed or missed installments will result in the immediate Cancellation of your plot allocation.

  • The 30-Day Recovery Period: If your dashboard status or official notification shows “Cancelled,” you have a strict window of exactly 30 days to restore your file.

  • Restoration Requirement: To reinstate your plot, you must clear all outstanding late installments in a single lump-sum payment.

  • Permanent Forfeiture: After the 30-day period expires, this restoration option will be permanently deactivated, and the plot will be forfeited.
